Your state issued permit will be available within 5-7 business days from the time you successfully pass the exam. The permit will be available through the ATC's website or their mobile app. You can find more information about that here: http://atc.la.gov/print-your-rv-permit.php
THE ATC DOES NOT MAIL OUT STATE ISSUED PERMITS ANY LONGER. YOU MUST ACCESS YOUR OFFICIAL PERMIT THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE OR THEIR MOBILE APP.
